My parents always told me never to talk to strangers and certainly never get in a car with one. However, am I ever so happy I ignored their instruction. Michael does what he advertises and promises. He is reliable and collects you when and where specified. He pointed us in the right direction to get tickets, drinks, etc. and gave us some good tips. I d recommend him.

We hired Michael for a day and went to Xiqiao Mountain, we were really quick so Michael took us to the Beijing Lu Street as well as some shopping. Hi my name is Latha. My family (2 adults and 1 child) will be staying at Chimelong hotel on 12th Jan and we intend to visit the Safari Park. Instead of taking the shuttle around the safari area, we would like a driver to drive us so that we can see the animals closely. May I know how much you would charge to pick us from Chimelong hotel and drive us through the Safari area and later drop us at the zoo entrance for us to walk around on foot. We will not need a return trip to the hotel. Thank you.

I don’t even think my little review will do any justice for how amazing Michael was to me and my brother. We were traveling to Foshan for business and despreatly needed someone local to help us throughout our stay.
My business partner found Michael online and asked if he could be our driver and interpreter. Michael gets a lot of request so I suggest if you want to hire him do so ASAP because he will get booked.
Do not go to Foshan thinking you know more than he does. Listen to what he recommends (cash needed, shops, where to eat etc...) he told us we needed a week and we thought our short stay was enough and boy were we wrong. Because of the many recommendations that we could not visit, we are planning another trip in January.
For business he’s great, he was able to talk to the suppliers for us and even showed us places with better rates. Michael thank you truly for being so kind, smart, easy going and extremely funny. E

My mother and I visited Guangzhou in May to celebrate her retirement. I used Michael for several day tours around Guangzhou and Meizhou several temples and shopping. The communication was great before and during our visit. He arrived early every day and even gave free WIFI if needed. He explained all of the access procedures for each site and accompanied us on some of the tours. He gave great advice and made us feel very safe everywhere we went.

Michael took myself and my father to see the Lecong furniture wholesale markets in the world. it located in Lecong,Shunde,Foshan. I commented about Michael’s excellent service back in October 2016 when I traveled to Guangzhou with my cousin to visit our ancestral village. I returned 2 years later with my husband and once again contacted Michael to be our driver and guide. It was like seeing an old friend! From the other comments here, I can tell that Michael is awesome at his work as a business guide. My experience with him is that he can also be an exceptional FAMILY guide. I am an American-born Chinese, and having Michael as our guide in China to also give insight and understanding of Chinese culture in a very direct and kind way so that I didn’t end up disrespecting my relatives was instrumental to our precious visit. My Chinese language comprehension is only fair, but I know enough to tell when a translator is NOT saying what I asked them to say. You don’t need to worry about that with Michael. His intention and goal is always to do what benefits his client. He wants what is best for you in whatever your situation or goal might be. Michael came to lunch with me, my husband and my father’s cousin. This was only the third time I had this relative. My father had passed earlier in the month. Having this meal with my father’s cousin with Michael doing al the translating turned what could have been an awkward gathering, into a deeply meaningful and unforgettable meal. Michael is also a very safe driver. Never has to be in rush because he is always on time if not early. He keeps track of traffic patterns and road conditions while we are shopping or sightseeing and will give us a heads-up when we might need to shorten our stay somewhere in order to get to our next desired destination on time. Michael is a huge asset when travelling to Guangzhou and surrounding areas. His English and communication is excellent. He took us to factories and always went the extra mile nothing was a problem.
